Superfood Chocolate Pudding


Silky smooth. Rich. Light. Savory. Just a hint of sweet.

That's how I'd describe this bowl of goodness you see pictured (not bad, iPhone camera!). Depending on which protein option you choose (see recipe), each bowl has over 30g of high quality protein, 1g or less of sugar added (from honey or molasses) and is the perfect snack or meal!


Some like their protein shakes for breakfast and others for lunch. I'm the girl who goes against the grain and makes her superfood shake into a delicious chocolate mousse/pudding (I’m a chef- what can I say?!) for any meal or occasion... but I don’t stop there- oh no!

Once the mousse is made, you gotta top that silky-smooth goodness with your favorite toppings!


Here are some of mine:

  • Fresh Berries

  • Almond Butter

  • Banana

  • Coconut

  • Cacao Nibs

  • Pinch of Cinnamon

  • Raw Nuts


So! Next time you hear someone say they don’t drink shakes or they’d much rather chew their food, try springin’ this recipe on ‘em! They’ll be dumbfounded!

Once they try it, they’ll be shocked and then, just like Anton Ego in Ratatouille, they’ll have a flashback of their favorite childhood food memory, smile, take a bite and lick the bowl clean. Just watch!



Plant-Based Protein Chocolate Pudding



1. Add protein and cacao to bowl and slowly pour in 1/4 cup of the liquid of your choice.

2. Mix with spatula, adding more liquid (by the tablespoon) until it reaches a smooth, yogurt-like consistency.

3. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!


P.S. I love to add a scoop of Organic Greens as well as a scoop of my favorite tasteless Immune Booster as well... then, I have 2 servings of organic vegetables, extra fiber, healthy fats and incredible protein... the perfect healthy meal that tastes like a Chocolate Mint Mousse!
