A little real talk here, friends.
Having suffered for years with poor digestion, brain fog, fatigue and lack of focus, I know firsthand what it's like to pop those antacids the second I felt a twinge of discomfort.
I've been a healthy eater for years yet regardless of what I consumed, my stomach would expand an inch or two due to bloating... talk about uncomfortable! As one who loves to eat, this was so frustrating and disheartening.
It wasn't until I learned all about gut health and how to optimize my own that I had a breakthrough.
Did you know that immunity, detoxification, inflammation, neurotransmitter and vitamin production, nutrient absorption, feelings of hunger and fullness AND how you utilize carbohydrates and fat are all intrinsically connected?

What you might not know is that your microbiome (gut) is directly tied to your mood, libido and even your perceptions of the world and how clear your thoughts are! A dysfunctional microbiome could be at the root of all those headaches, feelings of anxiety, the inability to concentrate, or even a negative outlook on life.
