Will I have to spend all this time cooking? Great question! As a chef and someone who is crazy about being in the kitchen, I always encourage my clients to prepare their own food when possible. However, after much experience, I know that I'm in the minority here! ;)

That being said, for many, meal prep is not always realistic with their schedule nor is it something they want to do- thus, I have a whole system in place for that! Being a consumer of this myself, I highly recommend it for anyone looking to replace time in the kitchen with healthy done-for-you snacks and whole food superfood meal options.
