All You Need to Know

Looking back at my twelve year-old self, I was the girl who was always excitedly thinking up different recipe ideas to make food "better". I've always been a total fanatic about cookbooks and food magazines, reading them as one reads a novel (I still don't think that's weird)... they were intriguing, so artistic, and continually ignited new ideas in me.

Fast-forwarding to a few years later, I watched the movie 'Ratatouille' and, needless to say, I never thought a rat could captivate me as much as sweet Remy did. Being an avid fan of Paris and kitchens, I was enthralled. Culinary School was the only thing that made sense. With the making of Julie and Julia, I was shocked that somehow, they got into my mind and made a movie of my dearest passions- and my name was even thrown in there!

So what came next?

 I cooked, traveled, experienced restaurants and all the cuisines- it was a total blast!

However, my passion for health and wellness trumped the restaurant life. I have always loved helping individuals achieve and live a healthy lifestyle and can't imagine doing anything else!

Believing the saying that "You are what you eat" is true, I am passionate eating food that leads to a healthy life.

As the late Truett Kathy once stated,

"Food is essential to life; therefore, make it good."

Food should not only be good for you but should also taste good and leave you with fond memories. 


I am now a personal chef and the founder / main coach at Nothing But Nourished Health and Lifestyle Coaching where loving, encouraging and empowering you to become the best version of yourself is in my blood.
